Rally Day celebrates the beginning of the church calendar year. It’s a day to reassemble or “rally” together again after the relatively quieter days of church activities as people have been scattered and involved in the summer days of vacations, camps, and travel.
It’s a day to gather and remember that we do not walk this faith journey alone. Before worship, (which moves to 10:30 am on this Sunday), join others in the fellowship hall beginning at 9:00 am where the various committees and groups of the church have information about the many wonderful ways we engage as a community to grow in and express our faith. There will also be amazing homemade cinnamon rolls to enjoy!
We invite you to think about Rally Day as more than just a date on the calendar, it’s a chance for a homecoming and spiritual reset to look forward to the ways Christ is calling us together to love God and change lives. We hope to see you there!
