It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doodee Backstrom, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends.
There will be a memorial service for Doodee at Oak Grove Presbyterian Church, 2200 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon. The service will also be livestreamed on YouTube and Facebook for those unable to attend in person.
Following the service, you are invited to join the family and friends in the church social hall for cake and coffee and continuing conversation around the table. There will be a reception following at 9 Mile Brewing.
