Oak Grove Presbyterian

Preschool through 8th Grade Christianity is a way of life. It means participating in a community where faith is experienced and shared. The God's Kingdom Classes do more sharing than instructing, more interacting than reacting, more accepting than competing and are motivated by the love we feel within our faith community.

Sunday Mornings
God's Kingdom classes on Sunday mornings start at 9:15am with an all-ages community time. Children then return to individual classes based on school year, for activities such as bible study, games, and snack-making. The program ends at 10:15am.

Wednesday Evenings (LOGOS)
On Wednesday nights, God's Kingdom children are separated into several groups.
Kindergarten through 5th Graders will be participating in Worship Skills. The children will be divided into two groups: Beacons for the older children and Stars for the younger children. This fall the children will participate as singers in the LOGOS Choir (under the direction of Lori Wasko) and in the Joyful Noise Choir they will learn to play the harmonica from teacher Jean Mooney.
The Seekers program is for 6th and 7th Graders.
Confirmation classes at Oak Grove are for 8th Graders.
