Oak Grove Presbyterian Church is open to all who seek the warmth and strength a community of faith can provide. We are particularly open to the Spirit of God in our midst as we are growing in faith, in love, in inclusiveness, in knowledge, in commitment to Christ, in service & outreach and in mission. The congregation of Oak Grove values its roots that go back more than 150 years, even as we welcome a new understanding of today that comes through growth and change.

Sunday Morning Worship at Oak Grove includes all ages and attempts to blend dignity and vitality. Our order of service is based on the Presbyterian Book of Common Worship (1993) and emphasizes the sacraments as well as the sermon. Congregational and choral singing is accompanied by a variety of instruments and includes both traditional and contemporary hymns. To encourage the presence and participation of children, we make available "worship bags" filled with learning activities for our youngest worshipers and also set aside a special time in the service for a story or conversation specifically with them. Professional child care is available during every worship service in our well-equipped nursery for any infants or toddlers who are unable to remain in the sanctuary.
